The Diocese is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual able to develop and articulate the
Catholic vision, values and ethos and lead the strategic set up and development of the CAT.
The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic and an existing outstanding leader at a
School in Family 4 in the Diocese of Westminster.
With a strong track record in protecting and securing Catholic Education, and highly collaborative approach, you will have the determination and resilience to make a positive difference. You will have a clear understanding of the current education landscape, strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage risk effectively.
The appointment will initially be on a part time basis, determined by the Trust Board, and shared
with the post holders existing position at a school in the Family. It is likely that it will grow to
become a full-time position as the CAT expands and embraces additional schools in Richmond,
Hounslow and Surrey.
